Fukumura: My first time meeting with a senior happened unexpectedly. I was part of a training group called the Hello! Pro Egg and it was my first time visiting this particular studio so I didn’t know my way around. I was wandering about in the building all by myself, and it was… which floor was it? I think I was headed for the basement floor, but I had no idea how to get there. Then, out of the blue, Kamei Eri-san tapped on my shoulder from behind and she was like “come on, it’s this way.” That was my first time meeting with an H!P member. (laughs) I was so nervous, but her kindness made me fall for her.

Kanazawa: That’d make anyone fall for her!

Kanazawa: I don’t think that way about my fans! (laughs) But I really don’t want to have my swimsuit pictures taken. It’s embarrassing. And… well, if you really want to know why I don’t like swimsuits, it’s because I don’t want anyone to see my belly button.
Fukumura: Cute… So cute…
Kanazawa: Don’t you just feel embarrassed about your belly button?
Nakanishi: Why don’t you just stick like an eraser in there or something?
Kanazawa: It not the only thing I don’t like about them. Of course I also don’t like how revealing swimsuits are. But even when I’m wearing our usual outfits or my own clothes, I’m always protecting my belly button so I pull my pants up really high — to the point that they’re pretty much eating into my butt!

Kanazawa: Sorry. But I just can’t relax if my shirt doesn’t cover my stomach. So I pull my pants all the way up.

Something surprising happened to me today! I was approached by a foreign person at the train station platform! I mean, that in itself probably isn’t that surprising, but… Afterwards, we ended up talking all the way until the station we both got off at! I was so surprised! Has this kind of thing happened to any of you!? I thought, “maybe they just want to practice their Japanese?” and so I kept talking to them! Their Japanese was really good though, so it made me think that they must love Japan. That made me glad. […]

When we were talking about our favorite foods and I told them I like Japanese food, they told me about a restaurant where you can get delicious fish foods, and about another famous restaurant where you can get delicious pizza… They were great! ✨ It was them that told me about those places — not the other way around!

And… Actually… They also kept telling me that I’m cute~. Ahaha. 🤣🤣 I think it was mostly just lip service on their part, but even so! It made me happy!
