This is something that happened last weekend.

I had something to do at Kashima Shrine and so as I got there, I noticed how there were a lot of guests that day. I was glad that Kashima Shrine had so many visitors who were interested in it. But many of these visitors were so young! Normally I see lots of elderly or young couples along with their babies there, but that day there were lots of young men in their 20’s, all wearing rather flashy clothes. Was it the power spot trend or something else that was drawing all these young people here? As I was passing them by, I noticed something rather peculiar. One young man was wearing a T-shirt with big letters that said:

“Zettai Michishige.” (Note: “Michishige for sure.”)

What on earth…?
