(Note: Just for the few of you who don’t already know: Ikuta is a huge Gaki fan and has thus been appointed by other Gaki fans as the chairman or president of NOK (Niigaki-san wo Ouensuru Kai, or Cheering for Niigaki-san Party). She has gladly accepted the title and has since then hosted fan club events centered around worshiping Niigaki Risa.)

I have a sudden announcement to make.
I, 11th generation member of Morning Musume, Oda Sakura, have formed a supporting party for Chairman Ikuta’s Niigaki-san wo Ouensuru Kai. I have obtained permission for this from both Chairman Ikuta and my manager.
Whenever there is a gathering of the Niigaki-san wo Ouensuru Kai, or “NOK” for short, the supporting party will dispatch to its assistance. I will be aiding all of you fans of Chairman Ikuta and Niigaki-san. In other words, my job will be to cheer on the cheerers.
And, well, that is all.
All of you in NOK and Chairman Ikuta, I look forward to working with you.My first activities as the supporting party are…
